Standards & Screening

What a candidate is assessed against

Screening exists to establish, before anyone's time is committed, whether a candidate meets the standard the receiving government has set. The standard belongs to the government; the verification work belongs to the platform.

Confirming nationality, age, legal status, right to travel and any category-specific eligibility condition set by the receiving government. Where a candidate is not eligible, that is established at the outset rather than late in the process.

Legal Positioning

Stated plainly, because it matters more than the marketing.

Governed by national law

Eligibility, selection, appointment and enlistment are governed by the applicable national law of the countries involved and by the authority of the government concerned. Nothing here modifies or substitutes for that law.

No promise of outcome

AirForceExporter.com does not promise employment, does not promise enlistment and does not imply guaranteed acceptance. Registering interest creates no entitlement of any kind.

Service under national command

Personnel who are lawfully appointed or enlisted remain subject to the laws, regulations, discipline and command structure of the country in which they serve.

Ethical recruitment No recruitment fee is charged to candidates as a condition of consideration under the ethical recruitment principles set out on this site. Candidates should understand the applicable conditions of any programme before participating. See Compliance & Human Rights for the full framework.
