Training Partners
A workforce platform does not train anyone. Institutions do. This page describes the categories of institution a programme would depend on, and the criteria by which any of them would be assessed.

No institutional logos or emblems are reproduced. What follows describes categories and criteria only.
Institution Categories
Each category carries a different authority, delivers a different part of the pathway and answers to a different regulator.
Institutions designated by a sovereign government to deliver service training. They hold the authority the platform does not: military instruction, service discipline and, where applicable, operational preparation.
Authority: national government
Established aviation training organisations operating under civil or military oversight, delivering aviation fundamentals, systems knowledge and operational aviation disciplines.
Authority: aviation regulator
Providers holding recognised certification for the specific courses they deliver, with documented quality systems and externally verifiable outcomes.
Authority: certifying body
Accredited technical, vocational and engineering education institutions that supply the underlying technical foundation many aviation specialisms build on.
Authority: education accreditor
Institutions delivering aeronautical, avionics and maintenance engineering qualifications to a standard recognised by the relevant airworthiness authority.
Authority: airworthiness authority
Assessment Criteria
Criteria applied before an institution could deliver any part of a programme. They are published here so that the standard is visible in advance rather than negotiated afterwards.
Formally authorized or recognised to deliver the training in question in its own jurisdiction.
Qualifications that can be independently verified with the awarding or regulating body.
Curriculum, assessment, instructor qualification and record-keeping evidenced, not asserted.
Demonstrable capacity to deliver at the volume and cadence a programme would require.
A safety and incident record consistent with the aviation environment being trained for.
Treatment of candidates consistent with the ethical recruitment and human rights principles on this site.
Appropriate handling, protection and retention of candidate personal information.
Acceptable to the government whose programme the training serves — the decisive criterion.
Coordination
Coordination is administrative, not academic. The institution owns the teaching and the certification; the platform owns the sequencing and the record.
Scheduling
Matching intake volumes to available institutional capacity across a programme timeline.
Progression
Ensuring prerequisites are met before a candidate begins the next stage of training.
Records
Recording what was awarded, by whom, when, and when it next requires renewal.
Standards
Confirming that equivalent training delivers equivalent, verifiable outcomes.
Reporting
Giving the authorizing government a single view of progress against requirement.
Assurance
Periodic re-assessment against the criteria above rather than one-time approval.
